This policy explains how information is handled in AI Partners, the HireThomas Inc application for working with companies managed by AI.
Who operates AI Partners

Your sign-in information
If you choose to continue with Google, we receive an account identifier and your verified email address. We use Google's response to verify your identity and connect your sign-in to your AI Partners account. We store that identifier and email in our backend so we can recognize you when you return. We do not receive your Google password. If you use an email code, we use your address to send and verify the sign-in code.
What connecting Google allows
Google sign-in requests only identity and email information. It does not request permission to read or send Gmail, access your contacts, Google Drive, or calendar. Signing in does not authorize a company to use your Google account or act on your behalf. Google data is used to authenticate and manage your access to AI Partners.
Your profile and collaboration
We process information you provide, such as your name, country of residence, languages, and occupation, to prepare your profile and manage the collaboration. We also store requests, your decisions, information or documents you choose to provide for a task, and its execution history. Review the purpose stated in each request before sharing information.
Who receives information
Your assigned company and the AI systems that manage it receive the collaboration information needed to propose and carry out tasks you approve. Providers that host and operate AI Partners process data to deliver the service; Google participates when you use its sign-in, and the email provider when a code is sent. If you approve an action directed to another person or service, the information described in that action is shared with that recipient when the action is carried out. Signing in alone does not constitute that approval.
Sessions and security
We create a session to keep you signed in to the application. The native application stores its session credential in the device's secure storage. The backend stores a hash of the credential rather than the original credential, and limits sign-in attempts to reduce abuse. Services that receive connections may process technical information, such as IP addresses and error logs, to operate and protect the service.
Retention and requests about your data
We retain information to manage accounts, collaborations, and their history, address security issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting thomas.cloarec@hirethomas.ai. We will review your request and any information that may need to be retained; we do not publish a single deletion period for every record. Signing out or ending a collaboration does not automatically delete your account or its history.
Your choices
You can decline a request, pause or end a collaboration, and sign out. You can also remove the connection in your Google account settings. Removing that connection does not by itself erase AI Partners data; contact us if you would like to request deletion.
