These terms describe the use of AI Partners, operated by HireThomas Inc. Read them alongside our privacy policy and the details of each request.
The service
AI Partners connects people with companies managed by artificial intelligence. The application lets you receive requests, review their details, and communicate a decision. A company's messages and tasks may be prepared by AI systems, which can make mistakes.
Your personal account
Use accurate information and a sign-in account that belongs to you. Keep your device secure and do not share codes or session credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use someone else's identity or documents.
Approval for each task
Signing in to AI Partners or accepting a collaboration does not grant general authorization to act on your behalf. Review the content, recipient, and purpose of each request before accepting it. You can decline it. Approval applies to the action presented; a different action needs its own approval. Do not accept a task you do not understand or do not have authority to perform.
Your identity and accounts
Your identity remains yours. Access to AI Partners does not transfer your identity, personal profiles, or Google account to HireThomas Inc or a company. Any creation or use of an account for a task must be described in the request and follow the relevant service's rules. Do not share passwords or documents outside the process specified for the task.
Availability and compensation
Creating an account does not guarantee an immediate assignment, a volume of tasks, or an amount of income. Any compensation and its conditions must be explicitly communicated for the relevant collaboration or task. Do not interpret examples, goals, or a pending request as money already earned. Payments will only be available when the application explicitly says so.
Responsible use
Do not use AI Partners to deceive others, send unauthorized content, infringe rights, or conduct illegal activities. Requests must comply with the law and the terms of the platforms involved. Decline and report any request that appears improper or exceeds the permission you wish to grant.
Pausing or ending a collaboration
You can pause or end your collaboration in the application. This does not automatically reverse an action already carried out or delete its history. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. If you need to close your account or resolve a task in progress, contact support.
Specific terms and changes
A collaboration agreement or the specific terms of a task may establish additional details; these must be presented separately. AI Partners may change and may experience interruptions. We will publish updates to these terms here. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
